Welcome to Masking Matters
Masking has Many Layers
Masking protects you and others from respiratory infection. More, however, lies beyond the physical mask. For those who are neurodivergent, masking means navigating a world that often overlooks them. Masking also reflects the daily work of presenting strength while managing unseen struggles.
We dedicate this space to exploring the many dimensions of masking, whether it’s a physical barrier against respiratory illness, a social adaptation for neurodivergence, or a shield for mental well-being.
